Nothing prevents a pleasant ride, thanks to the comfortable foam and the removable, cozy newborn inlay for the smallest travelers. But we have also thought of the parents in terms of comfort. A seat that grows with the child

The Salia 125 impresses with a long period of use - suitable for newborns up to seven year old toddlers (40 – 125cm).
The height-adjustable backrest and headrest adapt perfectly to the height of the children and automatically grow as they do.

360 degree rotation

The seat can be turned a full 360 degrees with just a single hand movement for total freedom of action. This uncomplicated mechanism allows you to quickly fasten but also unfasten the child and the seat is then turned back into its original position.

One-handed recline adjustment

The Salia 125 child seat has four recline positions. Whether the child is strapped with the integrated harness system or with the vehicle seat belt. The resting position is very flat and gives the greatest comfort. The best part for parents? They can adjust the recline with only a single hand.

Intuitive Installation

The use of ISOFIX and Load Leg makes installation simple, fast and ensures a stable and secure positioning of the child seat in the car.

In addition, the safety system meets the strict requirements of the new i-Size safety standard. The three anchorage points keep the seat in position and absorb the energies acting on the child in the event of an accident.

Air Ventilation System

It makes sitting over long periods particularly comfortable, and this is ensured by openings in the outer shell and mesh inserts in the seat cover, which allow continuous air flow.
The secret of a good journey is to enjoy the ride and the ingenious design of the Salia 125 makes sure everyone does.

ADVANCED SIDE PROTECTION (ASP)

More than a simple protection: The integrated protectors can be quickly and simply folded out on the door side. In the event of a side impact, the ASP transfers the energy backwards into the shell, reducing significantly the forces acting on the child. In this way, the combination of seat structure and retractable protectors provides double protection.

  • Patented HERO safety system:
    Children from 40 – 105 cm can be simply and quickly strapped in using the patented HERO safety system. A single unit comprising shoulder pads, shoulder straps and headrest prevents the harness from twisting and slipping and simplifies the secure and easy fastening process
  • Automotive seating foam:
    The foam adapts to your child’s body shape perfectly and provides the highest level of comfort
  • Belt guide markings:
    The green belt guide markings help ensure correct installation

CAR COMPATIBILITY - GOOD TO KNOW

 

Attention:
We do not list all compatible car models as there is a 100% match in the following cases without having a look into the list:

  • Between 40 - 105 cm:
    As the Salia 125 is an i-Size product, it can be installed with ISOFIX and support leg (configurations 1 & 2) on all forward-facing vehicle seats with certified i-Size seating position. Please read careful the car manufacturer user manual for limitations or specific requirements (e.g. compartments etc.).

  • Between 100 - 125 cm:
    It can be installed with ISOFIX and seat belt (without support leg, configuration 3) on all forward-facing vehicle seats with certified i-Size seating position.

  • Between 100 - 125 cm:
    The Salia 125 can be installed universally using the vehicle seat belt without ISOFIX and support leg (configuration 3) on all forward-facing vehicle seats equipped with a 3-point-belt approved according to ECE R16.

Is the Salia 125 compatible with my vehicle?

Please always check your car’s manual for possible notes/instructions/prohibitions from the manufacturer regarding the use of child seats in your car!

Sorry, this seat is not approved for your vehicle.

Reasons for denied approval can be:

  • Limited space for the child seat
  • 3-point-belt is too short
  • If it should occur that once the child seat is attached to the ISOFIX connection, and the seat covers the buckle there is no guarantee of a safe installation
  • Headrest of the car is not removable and prevents the child seat from being placed correctly
  • Storage compartment in the foot area does not allow installation of child seat or base with a supporting leg

Safety notes for using RECARO Child Seats

Child seats with an ISOFIX connection:

If the vehicle has a floor storage compartment, using an ISOFIX base is restricted.
This is dependent on whether the support leg of the base can be placed on the floor of the storage compartment (if necessary, remove cover) or if the vehicle manufacturer offers appropriate filling elements as an accessory to prevent the lid from breaking through.

Please read your vehicle's user manual thoroughly or contact your car dealership on this subject.

If these possibilities are not given we can't confirm the safe use of an ISOFIX system with support leg in combination with a floor storage compartment.
